Grand Opening of the PEEP Photographer’s Collaborative
Thursday, November 7, 2024, from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM
801 N. Piedras (Next to the El Paso Wing Factory)
The Photography Enthusiasts of El Paso (PEEP), in partnership with the El Paso Community Foundation, is proud to announce the grand opening of the PEEP Photographer’s Collaborative—the only photography-specific gallery in the El Paso area, and the sole multi-photographer gallery within a 165-mile radius.
The Collaborative will feature the works of eighteen (18) amateur photographers from across the borderland. This space is dedicated exclusively to local photographers, many of whom are showcasing their work in a gallery setting for the first time.
“The PEEP Photographer’s Collaborative is a one-of-a-kind space in El Paso,” said PEEP President Tim Holt. “While the region is rich with both emerging and experienced photographic talent, many photographers lack opportunities to exhibit their work. The Collaborative fills this gap by offering a venue for them to display and sell their creations, and it invites the public to discover and support these gifted local artists.”
The public is encouraged to attend, view the photography on display, and consider purchasing pieces—just in time for the holiday season.
The Collaborative is located in the Border Art Residency space and will be open through March 2025. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this exciting new chapter in El Paso’s art scene.
